About

Compelling Communications

For more than six years, customers have come to us when they have needed help telling their stories in an irresistibly powerful way.

We work with organizations of all shapes, sizes and subject matter – from publicly traded Fortune-ranked healthcare organizations to local social service non-profits – and we help them get to the emotional truth about what they do better than anyone else. Then, we pull in strategy and research to make sure we’re reaching the right audiences in the right way.

Compelling Communications’ work spans the communications spectrum. If it involves words, we’ve done it. We have:

  • developed and implemented strategic marketing plans, including social media plans
  • developed and implemented media relations campaigns and secured media coverage in print and electronic media, such as The Plain Dealer, Crain’s Cleveland Business, Med City News, and The Wall Street Journal, and on broadcast media such as WKYC, WEWS, WOIO, Fox 8, and WCPN
  • helped refine and define brand platforms
  • researched, written and edited brochures, newsletters and website copy
  • trained clients’ staff on using key messages to describe their services and products
  • created and implemented merger and acquisition communications strategies
  • advised non-profit organizations about how to solicit corporate sponsorships
